The First Steps to your Website
The first thing you will have to deal with building your website has nothing to do with the web design itself, it's more related to content writing but it must be defined and will effect the rest of your actions. So first of all, you need to decide what the topic of your future website should be. Topic is very closely connected to another web design issue: Keywords. The keywords you select will depend upon the topic you have chosen. When thinking about a website topic ask yourself a few questions: What is the goal of the site you are making? What are you trying to achieve with your site? Specify a goal, preferably in one short sentence.
Take a sheet of paper and a pen and write down you can think of about your future website. Brainstorm! Just put everything that comes to your mind: What you want to give to your visitors, what the site is about, what you want to accomplish with your website, what your experience in the area you would like to select as topic is? The more points you can come up with, the better. Then, sort them in the order of importance. Think what points can be deleted without harm to your project. Delete them. Leave only what is REALLY important.
Do not hesitate to reset your goals. Try to think about the audience of the website. People like to visit websites with original and unique content. Will your website be able to provide your visitors with such content? Will visitors come back again and again or will they simply close the browser window and forget about your website?
The better the plan, the less work you will have. So if you could define the topic and define it clearly you may proceed to another step of website building: Choosing a domain name.
Once you have decided on a name and a concept just come to us and we will do the rest.

What is spam and how I can prevent it?
On a daily basis you receive dozens of mails offering you Viagra, great deals from the stock market or high education certificates in just a minute?
Spam is a common problem which most of the people dealing with the Internet are facing. But what does this big stinky word "SPAM" mean and how you can reduce it? We will show you some easy-to-follow steps to have an easier life across the world wide web.
According to Wikipedia "E-mail spam is a subset of spam that involves sending nearly identical messages to thousands (or millions) of recipients by E-mail. Perpetrators of such spam ("spammers") often harvest addresses of prospective recipients from Usenet postings or from web pages, obtain them from databases, or simply guess them by using common names and domains. By popular definition, spam occurs without the permission of the recipients. Sending spam violates the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) of almost all Internet Service Providers, and can lead to the termination of the sender's account. Many jurisdictions, such as the United States of America, which regulates via the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, regard spamming as a crime or as an actionable tort."
There are some easy steps which everybody can follow to reduce and avoid the receiving of spam mails:
- Activate the Junk Mail Filter of your mail program
- Use anti-virus and anti-spyware programs with regularly updated definitions to avoid having your computer hijacked and used as spammer tools.
- Configure your e-mail client to disable rich content features such as HTML mail and automatic downloading of images. Downloaded images can be used by spammers to identify valid e-mail addresses.
- Use the Spam Assasin provided in the C-Panel of your website: Spam Assassin is an automated mail filter that uses a wide range of heuristic algorithms on mail headers and message body text to identify Spam. Once identified, the mail is tagged as Spam for later filtering using the user's desktop mail client.
Log in to your C-Panel at www.domainname.com/cpanel. To access the Mail Menu, click on the icon above the word Mail on the main screen of your cPanel interface.
-> To enable Spam Assassin, click on Enable Spam Assassin
-> To disable Spam Assassin, click on Disable Spam Assassin
-> To configure Spam Assassin, click on Configure Spam Assassin
- Enable the BoxTrapper Spam Trap in your C-Panel: BoxTrapper protects your inbox from spam by forcing all people not on your white list to reply to a verifcation email before they can send mail to you.
To access the Mail Menu, click on the icon above the word Mail on the main screen of your cPanel interface and click on BoxTrapper Spam Trap - Manage.
To configure the settings change the settings to what you need. Place all of the email addresses that you wish to have the BoxTrapper enabled on, in the field next to this option. These addresses should be separated by commas.
How many days logs and messages in the queue should be kept: Place a number in the field next to this option that corresponds with the number of days you wish to keep mail logs and mail messages in the queue. (Setting this higher will use up more disk space.)
