South Sinai Governorate Celebration of the International Tourism Day
Dear Sharm el Sheikh CDWS member, [u][b] Special Event � Naama Bay 27th September[/u][/b] [b][u]Opportunity for Sharm CDWS members to promote their centre[/b][/u] Every year the Ministry of Tourism celebrates [b]International Tourism Day[/b] with a special event in Cairo featuring a tourism fair and the presentation of awards to those who have excelled within the industry. For the first time, this year, the South Sinai Governorate will be holding events outside the Capital including a special event in Naama Bay entitled the [b]SS Governorate Celebration of the International Tourism Day[/b]. The day will feature a procession from Ghibli Raceway to the Ghazala hotels, live street entertainment along the main strip and a tourism show in a large show tent to be located in the car park in front of the Helnan Marina Hotel. [u][b]CDWS members are invited to get involved[/u][/b] CDWS has been allocated 25m2 of space within the tent to promote the diving and watersports industries. The tent will be open to the public all day and into the evening and will also play host to areas dedicated to: - The Egyptian Tourist Authority - Chamber of Tourism Entities - Hotels - Bedouin Culture - Safari activities and the desert CDWS are inviting members to get involved with our area in the tent. We would like to invite 6 Sharm el Sheikh based Diving or Watersports CDWS members to join us in the tent to promote their services. It is expected that the tent will be busy throughout the day and evening.[b] To take part will be free of charge. [/b] [u][b]CDWS leaflet featuring your special offers[/u][/b] We will also be producing a leaflet to hand out on the day to visitors. This leaflet will promote the 6 companies taking part and can be used to promote special offers that might be available to tourists in resort at the time of the fair.
