Dear Colleagues, [u]This information applies to members in South Sinai[/u] CDWS has the pleasure to announce that � starting from Sunday September 26th 09 � the required pro evaluation/Exam for CDWS ID card will take place in the National Park premises in Hadaba � Bank Street � [u]ONLY[/u] on Sundays from 5 p.m. till 7 p.m. Kindly be informed that the requirements for the ID Cards processing are: 1- Complete Application approved by a CDWS member (download all relevent forms here) 2- One colored Photo 4�6. 3- Copy of Passport (for foreigners) or ID (for Egyptians) 4- A valid license from an internationally recognized agency and a copy. 5- Signed legal agreement statement. 6- Score at least 80% in the written evaluation test. 7- Copy of CDWS 2008 professional card. (If applicable) 8- Copy of diving insurance or legal declaration 9- Annual card fees EGP 50. Please note that: 1. All pros working in diving or snorkeling centers must obtain CDWS ID professional cards. 2. Instructors and Dive Masters - who already have an 2008 card and are renewing for 2009 - do not have to take the exam again this year, but are required to submit a new filled application signed and stamped by the center manager. 3. The application and all documents mentioned above must be [u]complete, correct and submitted to process the ID Card.[/u] 4. The Instructors and Dive Masters evaluation exam is available in English, Arabic, Italian and German languages and the snorkeling guide exam is available in [u]English language ONLY.[/u] After successfully passing the exam, your CDWS ID card will be ready for pick up [u]from CDWS office located in 65 Sea Street - Hadaba from 3 p.m. till 5 p.m. during CDWS office working days ON THE DATE WRITTEN ON YOUR RECEIPT.[/u] For more information and inquiries please contact your chamber office.
